A New PR!
Just got done doing a 2 mile run at lunch, I made two new PR’s Fastest Mile: 13:21, Avg. Pace 9:50
All the hard work is starting to pay off and it feels awesome!
Edit: The 9:50 time was my Avg. Pace while running, the 13:21 was my mile time. I am happy with both since I have to walk-run because of my feet. More run than walk though.

Good Stuff!
My wife started the 30 day shred on Monday and I am so proud of her. She is healthy and I don’t think that she needs to lose weight, but she wants to become more healthy and toned. Her and exercise programs have had their battles, but she seems to be really enjoying it. I had told her that I would start it with her on Jan 1st, but she wanted to start early. Plus she is going to do the...

Thanks!
Hey everyone, I just wanted to thank you for telling me to keep my blog name Christwalk. That was my intention, but I wanted to know your opinion. I originally edited that earlier post but tumblr ate it, so here is the reason I asked in the first place.
Since joining tumblr ~2 months ago, I have received several responses from folks telling me that my username was keeping them from following...
Name change?
Should I change blog name?
From christwalk to walking with ben?
Or something else? Suggestions?
Edit: The reason why is some have voiced dislike because I have Christ apart of it. I chose it because it was my walk with Christ that has transformed me. To a new way of walking daily in all areas of my life.

Review of True Grit
5/5
The Cohen brothers have done it again, they have raised the bar so much in directing and writing. Jeff Bridges performance of Rooster Cogburn was spectacular. But, I would have to say the young actress that played Mattie Ross stole the movie. They both nailed it. I would highly recommend this movie.
